In terms of manufacturing process, the primary issue is that gray iron castings need to be tapped from the furnace at high temperature to reduce the impact of impurities. When necessary, add an appropriate amount of nodularizing agent. For better anti-corrosion results, a layer of zinc can be plated on the surface, thereby preventing direct contact between gray iron castings and oxygen in the air.
