On February 8, 2014, the annual sales awards ceremony of Hebei Anji Hongye Machinery Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the conference room on the third floor of the guesthouse. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Hao. Attendees included senior company leaders, leaders of Hongye subsidiaries, business division managers, and sales system personnel. The ceremony commended six outstanding sales champions of 2013 — Liu Zhaolin, Chi Junqing, Gao Zhiyong, Liu Fuqiang, Huang Yingying, and Sun Chao — who were presented with honorary certificates and prizes. Senior leaders also set forth requirements for sales work.

At the meeting, General Manager Deng Changxi first delivered the annual work report. Mr. Deng fully affirmed the achievements in sales, daily management, automated performance management software, and other detailed management work over the past year, while also pointing out some shortcomings and areas needing improvement. Mr. Deng noted that with changes in the domestic policy environment and the company’s requirements for detailed management, sales and management approaches need innovation. Sales branch companies should gradually develop toward a trade-oriented and integrated sales model, actively combining traditional sales with online sales; they should value e-commerce, continuously strengthen online platform promotion, intensify the development of new products, new markets, and new industries, and continue implementing the product quality improvement plan, so that Hongye can develop in a better and faster direction.

Several senior leaders also spoke separately, encouraging everyone to spur on in the new year, make full use of national policy opportunities and company policies, actively develop markets, improve team combat capability, and achieve new successes.
